This is a strength, flexibility, and balance class for kids & teens for all active movers. Conditioning is an imporant part of any athlete's routine - it is vital for injury prevention and improving power skills. Whether a young athlete is working on improving the power behind their kicks in soccer, stamina to run up that hill in cross country, or the height and distance of dancing leaps and jumps - they need to build strength and stability. 

This class is led by knowledgable instructors to keep athletes safe and focused on developmentally appropriate training for their age and goals.
