Poppy and Sage is founded and operated by a local Lyons family, Susan, Jerry & Riley Miszewski. We have loved dancing in and with this community, and are grateful to pull inspriation for this studio from the movement of nature surrounding us: from the wandering river, the flowers in the breeze, and the flutter of wings. 

Whether you are 3 or 75 years, we provide the opportunity to move and be well. We are committed to providing a place for personal and community expression, inclusion, movement and joy.

For kids, we offer a wide array of dance styles and classes after school 5-days/week. These dedicated and joyful dancers are able to showcase and share their art through various events - such as our annual spring show, December performance of The Nutrcracker, and community events/parades. For adults, we have dance classes for all levels of adult dancers, with more wellness classes and services to come.
