What is Poppy and Sage Studio?

Poppy and Sage Studio is a dance and movement studio in Lyons, CO, offering classes for kids (ages 3+) and adults. We focus on community, inclusion, creativity, wellness, artistry and joy in a welcoming environment for all experience levels.

Who owns and runs the studio?

Poppy and Sage Studio is owned by a local Lyons family, Susan and Jerry Miszewski. Susan manages daily operations with support from our amazing team of instructors.

Where are classes held?

Our classes are held primarily at the Poppy and Sage Studio at 625 4th Ave. Lyons, CO 80540. Some classes are in our ancillary studio in Rogers Hall at 410 High St. Lyons, CO 80540.

Are adult wellness classes available?

As of January 2026, we will be open for adult wellness classes - available as drop-in or scheduled in advance.
